By enrolling in any program or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• coaching programs
• group programs
• private coaching
• memberships
• subscriptions
• digital products
• online courses
• workshops
• live or recorded content

Because our services include immediate access to proprietary materials, training, community spaces, and coaching containers, refunds are not offered for:

• change of mind
• lack of participation
• dissatisfaction
• personal circumstances
• scheduling conflicts
• early withdrawal
• perceived results or lack of results

2. Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are committing to the full program price.

You are responsible for all scheduled payments, regardless of:

• participation level
• attendance
• personal circumstances
• program usage

Failure to complete payments is a breach of your agreement and may result in suspension of access, collections, or legal remedies.

3. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee specific emotional, relational, personal, or financial outcomes.

Refunds are not issued based on results, expectations, interpretations, or subjective experiences.

4. Rare Discretionary Exceptions

Any refund or partial refund, if ever offered, is:

• rare
• fully discretionary
• case-by-case
• not an admission of liability
• not a waiver of this policy
• not precedent for any future case

No verbal statements or informal communications override this policy unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

5. Program Termination

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community for disruptive, abusive, unethical, or harmful behavior.

Termination for cause does not entitle the participant to any refund.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting the Company in writing and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy may be treated as a material breach of agreement.

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
